The company operates through two segments: Bakery Segment and Investment Property. Its Bakery Segment manufactures a range of predominantly bakery and home cooking needs food products for distribution to a diverse customer base. Its Investment Property segment manages the Company’s industrial/commercial land which is held for investment purposes.
