The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the component securities of the BofA Merrill Lynch US Corporate IndexSM (the "underlying index"). The underlying index is an unmanaged index comprised of U.S. dollar denominated investment grade corporate debt securities publicly issued in the U.S. domestic market with at least one year remaining term to final maturity.
