US Ecology, Inc. is a provider of environmental services to commercial and governmental entities. The Company is engaged in complex waste management and responding needs to its customers; offering treatment; disposal and recycling of hazardous, non-hazardous and radioactive waste; leading emergency response and standby services; and a range of complementary field services. It has three segments. Waste Solutions segment provides specialty waste management services, including treatment, disposal, beneficial re-use, and recycling of hazardous, non-hazardous and other specialty waste at the Company’s own treatment, storage and disposal facilities. Field Services segment provides logistics and response solutions focusing on in-field service offerings through its network of-day transfer facilities. Energy Waste segment provides energy waste management and critical support services to up-stream oil and gas customers in the Permian and Eagle Ford basins primarily operating in Texas.
