The Company's properties include Assembly Manassas, The Paramount, Park Adams Apartments, Clayborne Apartments, The Maxwell, The Wellington, Bennett Park, Roosevelt Towers, 3801 Connecticut Avenue, The Kenmore, Assembly Alexandria, Cascade at Landmark, Yale West, Assembly Germantown, Assembly Watkins Mill, Bethesda Hill Apartments, The Ashby at McLean, and Assembly Dulles, Trove, The Carlyle Sandy Springs, Alder Park, Marietta Crossing, The Oxford, Assembly Leesburg, Assembly Eagles Landing, and Riverside Apartments.
