It owns assets located in about eleven different countries. It has leased space to approximately 138 different tenants doing business across 51 different industries. The Company owns approximately 309 properties consisting of over 39.2 million rentable square feet. In addition, its portfolio is comprised of approximately 56% industrial/distribution properties, 41% office properties, and 3% retail properties.
