The Company is engaged in the processing of crude oil and the receiving, handling, storing, and transferring of crude oil, refined products, natural gas and intermediates. The Company’s segments include Transportation and Terminaling, and Storage. The Transportation and Terminaling segment consist of product terminals, pipelines, crude unloading facilities and other facilities capable of transporting and handling crude oil, refined products, and natural gas. The Storage segment consists of operating segments that include storage and other facilities capable of processing crude oil and handling crude oil, refined products, and intermediates. Its subsidiaries include and PBF Logistics Finance Corporation, Toledo Terminaling Company LLC.
